Life Size MiniFig - Promoting Lego City Undercover

Saw this fellow in downtown Toronto (Eaton Centre) today promoting Lego City Undercover.

A guy was with him holding a sign asking if anyone had seen Rex Fury, but couldn't get hm in the picture.
