I think the B/S/T needs overhauling. I think a feedback system is a must amongst some other things. Working on a proposal....I got alotta Minifigures to trade but I don't wanna get scammed.boomers wrote:I don't see the New Topic buttn when I go to the B/S/T section, is their a requirement issue that i'm not aware of?

I'm pretty sure there is a minimum number of posts required before you can post there. They try to hinder people from making new accounts just to sell stuff without participating in the forum and to thwart scammers. At least that is how it used to be.

Moved to 'Administration'.
And, yes, you have to prove yourself to be a member of the community before you can post in B/S/T.
The "Straight-Shooters List" topic is our feedback system. It's not as robust as that of eBay or BrickLink, obviously, but it suffices for the amount of trading that goes on here.skeet318 wrote:I think the B/S/T needs overhauling. Vynsane: This is the year the online record of 241 users gets shredded!
Re: Posting in the B/S/T section
So how long does one need to be a forum member, or how many posts does it take to enable posting in the B/T/S section?
I can reply to a thread, but would like to start one.

Welcome crewser, we do not publish the number of posts needed. We ask that members post meaningful information before being able to post in the B/S/T. It's easy to rack them up thoughcrewser wrote:So how long does one need to be a forum member, or how many posts does it take to enable posting in the B/T/S section?
