So I was thinking

Not counting the usual supects; Ben 10, Galidor, Knights Kingdom, Jack Stone, and large Figures(Batman, Buzz lightyear, and such)

What were some of the worst sets that come to mind? Or how about the best and worst of each theme?

I'd go with themes like City Center, who thing was a disaster. The second year of Exo-Force was so bad it ended up killing the theme even though the third year was great.

http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=6740-1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

That set I really hate, didn't even buy it for half off because the color yellow, which I think is old pale yellow, doesn't match any other theme.

Of city center, the one set the struck me as nice was Gas n' Wash Express. I did buy the Extreme tower for 75% off at Kay Bee. The pale yellow is still unused in one of my parts bins.

New in box, this 11 year old set is being offered on bricklink for only $10.00 more than MSRP. One on Ebay just sold for $17.00....including shipping. If my finances weren't such a mess, I would have regretted not getting it at that price...but not that much. :lol:

That's because the gas station was a reissue of a 1992/3 set. :lol:

I don't understand why LEGO bothered making that color, tan would have worked fine. It's the same thing with the new Friends Pale yellow. There is no need.

If it were more widely available I actually would think pale yellow would be a more useful color the standard yellow. God golly I have to much yellow brick, much somehow not enough plates. I mean juck look out of the window at any cityscape...cabs and school busses...thats almost all the lego yellow you are going to see except of an occasional shirt, or stripe on a sign. That's why unseen guts on any MOC are going to be yellow and blue.

I think the time cruiser sets are horrible. Looks like they took the leftover parts and threw them together
