Grabbed a Lone Ranger train for $49 but box is dented. Had some castle sets marked down except dragon mtn or the castle (the only two i would buy multiples of for investment). Was tempted by the silver mine at 50% off but don't think it's worth it at that price even... Lame parts and colors.

They did have a ton of $11 flying clubs... Thinking about buying them up at that price especially since it's a wm exclusive... Thoughts?

Almost grabbed the Hive Crawler myself. I turned it away and the Quinjet for the Jek-14.

Stopped in the Walmart in the town where I work. Nothing on clearance for City, SW, or Super Heroes. They did have the Galaxy Squad sets and one Lone Ranger set marked down.

I found most of the sets listed in this topic on clearance plus 70400 Forest ambush for $11. All the clearance sets that I found were not in the LEGO aisle but on another shelf for clearance toys.

I picked Eglor's Bike for $17 and Chi Eris for $11. I'll hang onto them and return them if a better deal comes along.
Saw the Rancor, Black Zero Escape, Forest Ambush and various Creator sets on clearance.
Nothing earthshaking.
Most of my Walmarts have radically reduced LEGO space over the past 12 months. I know LEGO is supposed to be doing great overall, but they sell very slowly around here, at Walmarts anyway. Thanks to which I have gotten lots of awesome clearance sales the past few years but they finally wised up and chopped inventory. Kmart same story but even moreso.

Went to quite a few Walmarts. I found most of the above mentioned sets. Most were 30% off and a few from 33-50% off. I ended up getting the City cargo heliplane for $25, Rancor pit for $40, LR Commanche camp for $11, GS crater creeper for $11 and a small Hero factory. So that's my mediocre Walmart deals for 2014. I hope some of the prices drop eventually, but I'm not counting on it. This was in Colorado.
Could not find any Lone Ranger trains. As soon as they went on clearance they disappeared faster than the actual movie did from the theaters. No Galaxy Squad titan either. I saw a couple of Jabba's barge and gunships for $79 and a few other Star Wars sets also.
I did see a bunch of Silver mines, hero factory, and Galaxy Squad stuff. I had already bought the larger Galaxy Squad sets for 50% off, but if anyone is on the fence I would recommend them. The kids love them and the playability is really good. The Hive Crawler is a fun build and the movement is very nice.

Approximately 10-15 sets on sale at the Framingham MA store. I picked up 31006 Highway Speeder ($17), 60025 Grand Prix Truck ($21) and 31010 Treehouse ($21) for my son. Nothing was more than about 30% off from what I could see.

One of my local Walmarts had Series 10 Minifigures for $1 each. I went ahead and grabbed them all without feeling them. After opening them, it became clear they had been gone through, but there were still a few good ones in there.

Checked 3 Walmarts around Buffalo/Niagara Falls NY. Found Galaxy Squad, Castles & Chima sets on clearance at all 3. One WM had Lone Ranger sets on clearance as well (the other 2 didn't have any LR sets) I picked up the Lone Ranger train set for $49 (the last one)
No Star Wars, City, Super-heroes or TMNT on clearance.

Was at a local Walmart and they had three of those at $40 too. Same situation as yours, but they are long gone now. I got the Sail Barge for $79 and the Creator House for $17.
