Lego Bunny 40005 @ £1, $1.98
Hi all
My first post so hope it's a useful one!
Lego.com have today applied a final reduction to the Bunny 40005. Their list price is £4.99 and they were £2.49 yesterday. Today they are down to just £1 each! Not bad for 81 pieces? I've bought a few ready for next easter.

Gee, stlll $7.48 in Canada. I guess this is more payback for the $170 UCS Falcon.
;)
Who is General Failure and why is he reading my hard disk?

thanks for the tip!!! i just recently found out about them and was disappointed that i missed out on them. just bought 5 of them! thanks again!!
Re: Lego Bunny 40005 @ £1
I'd have swopped this deal for the Falcon any day! The best SW deals I've had recently were a 3 for 2 offer at argos. There seems to be a lot more special offers outside Europe for some reason, as I'm often checking sites such as Lego and Toys r us uk, and the offers are rarely the same, and Canada, USA based companies don't supply to the UK. Unless anyone knows different?
Re: Lego Bunny 40005 @ £1
I just bought 11 of these for 21.78 shipped, that's 891 bricks for 21.78 or 2.4 cents each!
Thank you very much.
I bought 5 of these as well back in April for 4.98 each, I wonder if Lego would refund the difference.. (I doubt it, but I guess it's worth a call)

Moz1976: welcome and thanks for the heads up. I just picked up a few sets at the store. The price tag was still at $4.98 but they knew that about the price reduction. Apparently they didn't sell too well.
Re: Lego Bunny 40005 @ £1
I notice the same thing with the other sales items. We either get lesser sales or the reduction is not as big compared to the states. It is a payback I would say for the loss they got from the dropship, falcon, and keychains and magnets.hatcher wrote:Gee, stlll $7.48 in Canada. Re: Lego Bunny 40005 @ £1
It's understandable reducing price if they didn't sell well, but I was told when I ordered they were being discontinued by Christmas anyway, although they may bring a different bunny out in time for next Easter. Although they are bound to cost more than £1/$1.98, so its a win win situation.
They had only recently reduced to around $3.96 which only lasted a short time, until this big drop, so you would have thought they would have given it a couple of weeks at that price to see how they go. My guess is they had a huge amount of stock they wanted rid of quickly.
If kids don't want them for christmas or easter then they would easily sell at car boot sales.

This is a pretty nice item for the given price. I'd suggest tacking it onto a LEGO order.

That depends on where you live, sounds to me like it sold out in Canada as soon as the price was reduced.Transformers2 wrote:Still available for $1.98...Moz1976 wrote:Sold out, that was quick! as bunny would say "Thats all folks"! ;)
