Posting in the B/S/T forum

I do far more lurking on here than actual posting, but I just completed a wonderful trade with a fellow member on here. When I go to the B/S/T "Straight Shooters" thread to leave some positive feedback, the option to post a reply is not available.

I am assuming this is to my low post count? I have read and read (and reread) the B/S/T forum rules, but have not come across an answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
