I was about to order for more than $75, but looks like free shipping cannot be combined with other offers so if you use 50% off BOGO, shipping is not free no matter how much you buy

Free shipping worked for me once I ordered over $75 after the discount. Run it through after the discount, making sure the net total is still over $75, before taxes.

Also use Ebates.com (Cash Back site) to get an additional 2.5% cash back. This also worked for me.
