I tried buying a $.99 eligible store pickup product and then an online only $39.99 Lego set but it didn't give me the discount.

I think you need to be over $40 in lego items, that is the only way I tried it.

The eligible store pickup needs to be at least $10. If it is less, the discount will be the amount of the <$10 eligible store pickup item.

All of the item have to be eligible for in store picked for the discount to apply.

That is how the promotion reads, but as long as 1 $10+ set is purchased that is eligible for in store pick up, the discount applies even if the other sets are mailed to you. It worked for me using the red card today.

This is true. The promotion should read as: "Purchase at least $40 and we will match up to $10 in discounts on the store-pickup portion of your order"

I just ordered the Ghostbusters set for $49.99 which is online only. Then I started to add some store-pickup school supplies that I need to buy anyway. Add $5 worth, get $5 discount. Add $10, get the full $10 off. So for a $50 set, I'm getting 20% off ($10) + 5% redcard. When you get to a $100 item, the savings matches that of the rare triple VIP points at the LEGO store (15%). It's not as clear at the $100+ range if target or lego shop is a better deal.

Thanks for the clarification. Hmm...might have to pick up something else now before this ends.

I was going to buy the Friends (my new favorite theme) school but then I realized I owe A LOT more on my credit cards than I thought.
