Lego Architecture 21007 Rockefeller Center

Judging by the ridiculously overpriced Solomon Guggenheim Museum set at 208 pieces and $40, I'm going to ballpark $40-$45.bluemitch wrote:Whats the price for this?

The only Architecture set that isn't over-priced is the White House. All the others are ridiculous.legitimatealex wrote:Judging by the ridiculously overpriced Solomon Guggenheim Museum set at 208 pieces and $40, I'm going to ballpark $40-$45.
The pieces are so small, though, that the part count really doesn't reflect the true value - I'd say more in the $25-$30 range - still overpriced like all the architecture sets, but a little more reasonable.legitimatealex wrote:Judging by the ridiculously overpriced Solomon Guggenheim Museum set at 208 pieces and $40, I'm going to ballpark $40-$45.

I hope for all our sakes you're right. The architecture sets don't seem to play by regular LEGO rules when it comes to pricing. It seems to pretty much be whatever LEGO feels like pegging it at.vynsane wrote:The pieces are so small, though, that the part count really doesn't reflect the true value - I'd say more in the $25-$30 range - still overpriced like all the architecture sets, but a little more reasonable.legitimatealex wrote:Judging by the ridiculously overpriced Solomon Guggenheim Museum set at 208 pieces and $40, I'm going to ballpark $40-$45.
