[CAN] Zellers 50%-off One Item

Went to Zellers for the very last time today, unfortunately I did not buy a single LEGO set with this coupon. I wanted to get the blacksmiths shop so I hid it behind some Hero Factory sets hoping no one would find them. Well some a** h*** did find it and bought it. I went upstairs to find it missing. I was super pissed off . Looked around, still no sign of the set so I gave up.

With 10 mins until closing I decided I wanted to buy the Kings Carriage Ambush so I walked to the escalator to find it shut down with barriers. What kind of store shuts down the escalator with 10 mins left? I was so mad, I went into the corner of the store and started crying .

I... Really don't think that any of this is an emotionally appropriate response to the situation. You should maybe considder talking to a professional if reactions like this are normal to you. o.o

I have, but no professional could relieve my pain for missing out on good deals on LEGO. I just couldn't hold it in. Normally I would just hold it in until I get to the car or at home, but this time around, the deal was so good and since I couldn't take advantage of it, it was so heart wrenching for me.

Wish I could have gone to the Zellers at Carefour Angrignon. They still have good stock of some items. I still think I got a good deal on the gold necklace over some cold lego sets. I did get the pod racers though.

The Zellers at Surrey still has a good selection (and well organized). Their LEGO aisle is very small so its shocking that their aisle is still full after the 50% off coupon! They still have lots of Podracers, a couple London Escape, The Mill, Sith Nightspeeder, Blacksmith Attack, King's Carriage Ambush, a few Naboo Starfighters and a ARC Starfighter.

Too bad the coupon is done now, its probably for the best, for me anyways, stopping at one zellers on my lunch break and once on the way home was a hassle. But I couldent resist picking up some of those sets on the cheap.

All depends on the area I guess. Some areas are pretty much cleanned out last Sat, I did see a lot of Alien Conquest Mothership set tho.
