the Lougheed Mall Walmart finally put a couple sets on real clearance:

Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist 70164 - $35.00 (down from $90)
TMNT Turtle Sub Undersea Chase 79121 - $30.00 (down from $75)

They are located in the clearance section by the mall entrance. As of late Monday night there were 3 of the UA sets and 5 of the TMNT sets left. If MegaBlocks are your thing, they had the John Deere Seeding Crew 80842, 828 pieces for $15.00

Wal Mart Fort. sask had a bunch of sets on sale. Chima, Ninjago, and few lego movie sets - I picked up Benny's spaceship for 75 bucks.
