I just got an email, saying that one of the freebies LEGO Hotel has been cancelled out of my order.
This after I already received a partial order in the mail today.
Ugh, that's one of the ones I was missing too. :(

I had two orders.. most of the street sets were damaged, and my cinema palace was EXTREMELY damaged.. very disappointing..

mine shipped with no mention of the Bricktober sets at all, so will be interesting to see what's actually in the box

Ordered 3 separate Winter toy Shops this evening. Streetview collections didn't get added to my cart as well so I called Toys r Us just now. Placed on a long hold as the CSR was talking to her supervisor. She assured me than even though it wasn't added to the cart, they will be placing the streetview collections in with the orders. I guess we'll know for sure when my order arrives. I see that the Winter toy Shop shows out of stock again.

After reading your post, I decided to try placing an order for two "Ninjago Temple of Airjitzu 70751" and... they finally arrived without Streetview Collections. Oh well, it would have been better to order them from S@H with double VIP next month!

I have never returned any order, and I'm not going to begin playing that game. Still, if your 3 Winter Toy Shops also arrive without Streetview Collections, and you end up contacting customer support, please let us know how that goes. :)

Got mine today and the streetview sets are actually in good shape, eventhough they were shipped lose without a lot of airpack inside.

Received my order today and no Streetview sets at all. :( But they did include a little bottle of Jergens Moisturiser for Wet Skin
