Keep in mind that you can get a rain check for this at any target location. I got one and I'll be able to buy this for the $69.99 price until January 16 th, even when the price goes back up. Too bad TRU doesn't do something like that with some of their sales.

I just wish they would price match .. or check inventory on their PC and give more info rather than scratch their noggins.

WooHoo, I've been calling my local target everyday to see if the morning truck brought any kings castles. Every day it has been a "no" including today. Well we were out shopping tonight and I stopped by to look. I spotted one castle that was on the top shelf where another set was supposed to be. So I'm thrilled that I was able to get it this week for the $69.99 price.

If you ask them to substitute, they will too, say something like the troll castle for 69.99.

Say what?! They will substitute? Are you speaking from experience on this one? Is it only like-priced sets that they will substitute?

They had a sign stating that they would replace the castle with the Galatic enforcer (which I have no interest in). My target never received any Troll castle's so that wasn't even a possibility. I got to target at 3am on Black Friday, only to be very disappointed on there never being any troll castle's here :x
