Years ago I never applied stickers, becauseof c I was afraid they''d start peeling. Now I apply all stickers & none have peeled. Of course no one plays with my built sets. They are just displayed around the house. Whem I was assembling the VW Camper. I started to cough just as I started applying the metaluc sticker. My fingernail ruined rhe sticker. I called LEGO Customer Service & explained what happened. The rep told me they didn't have any of those stickers in the U.S, but that they'd ship me a sheet from overseas. I got the replacement sheet in less than 2 wks! What a great company!

Hurray for stickers! I recently bought some used LEGo. Thanks to the previous owner I was able to identify one of the sets was 7690. I saw the Mars Missioms symbol of some pieces & within a few minutes I discovered which set (minus minifigs) I'll start reconstructing soon. The remaining parts will be for MOCs.

Haha, that is one benefit of stickers - easier identification. It's like dental records for LEGO sets ;-)
