Like I said before, best single item deal was to get a $39.99 item so that it comes out 1 cent shy of $25 before taxes, which they will ship free anyways. First item came in this morning with a coupon inside for min $5 of $50 and $10 off $50 on your next two in-store purchases, respectively. Downside: only 10-15% off if you can spend exactly these amounts, not for online use, olnov11 is better as you don't have to spend $50 to get $5 off.

upside: you may be lucky to have a 1 in 10,000 chance to get the $2500 off! with $50 purchase.
can you buy something from store just to test the coupon and if you get the lowest ones just return it
Don't see why not, so I think you can!

Just opened one of my chapters shipments with legos. They sent me the wrong ones. Was supposed to get Ewok Attack and Geonosian starfighter, ended up with rotor rescue and propeller power. Guess I'll have to call'em tomorrow.

You can check the tracking number on your account. My other 2 orders were at the Richmond, BC processing facility yesterday. Since I didn't get it yesterday, I will get it on Monday. :)

You live in Richmond too?
I had to email them for a tracking number that I can actually use on the CanadaPost.ca website.

No I don't. But all of the Canada Post packages goes to Richmond first before they are dispatched elsewhere in the GVRD.

Can't wait to get my remaining Series 5 minifigures. :-D

Weird that the postal facility is in Richmond, and not in Vancouver.

I guess it's because the faciltiy is closed to the airport, subject to logistics.

same thing in greater toronto area - the main canada post facility where most packages go to is located in Mississauga, near the airport.

Just opened up my package. Very, very nice packaging, lots of those air packing things. But, I looked on the invoice, and the bill was supposed to go to a man named Adam in Ottawa. He did order the same item as me. All in all I am very satisfied with my first order from Chapters.ca, I will definitely purchase from them again.

Ya I got my last 2 orders today. Not really neccessary for them to ship in boxes with air bags (since they are in polybags and not boxed sets), but that just shows that they care about their standards.

On the otherhand, Sears ships your item out AS-IS so you feel like getting a clearance item (or even worst).

Now that's weird eh.

I wonder if Chapters ever tracked/monitored such mistakes.
When I returned to the store the wrong item that they have sent me
they didn't even gave me a receipt or something.
Before that I called their CS and I was told that a replacement order is on its way.
What will happen to all the Adams who waited for their Legos that was missent?
