Rapunzel at the Market spotted at Target

Spotted Rapunzel at the Market polybag at Dallas, TX Target this morning. It was in Girl's LEGO area on its own rung for $3.99. DPCI is 086 02 1795.

These were being given away with purchase of any boxed princess set in Rockaway, NJ Target.

I went to a local Target in Queens, NY hoping to find the polybag but didn't. I did see a sign next to the princess sets about getting Rapunzel for free with a Princess set purchase. Maybe eventually the polybag will be available separately?
