The US version of shop.LEGO.com site has been updated with a teaser card on their landing page slideshow, a basic description page, and product listings (complete with additional high-res images) for the upcoming Ultra Agents line. All say they will be available starting May 25th (at least in the US).

Interesting to see that they are extending the 'augmented reality' concept from the LEGO Stores to a play feature at home.
