Questions Minifigures / Could City Minifigures

Hi,

First post so sorry if these are stupid questions...

1). Just purchased a cloud city 'Boba Fett' minifigure and it looks genuine (no decals) except that some of the grey shading on the legs seems to not as thick as I thought / barely there. Could this just be an official printing issue (miss aligned) or is it more likely to be a fake?

2). Do the numbers inside minifigures legs have any reference to anything?

Can you maybe post an image of your figure? There are some reputable sites, such as brickset.com, peeron.com, that you can look into. Could it be worn from play?

As for the printed numbers, I hadn't even noticed until you mentioned. They are single digits, not part numbers, like you would think. I think one also has an "R" on it (right). Interesting. Anyone else know?

Hmmm,
Looking at that picture mine looks even more like a fake (its the legs that look very wrong) :-(

On the numbers front it looks like a 11 01 different ways up probably just batch number or something?

I don't think there is any significance for the number. It can be the serial number or so. Why don't you get it back to the place where you bought it from?
