Selling Minifigures - Advice
Selling Minifigures - Advice
I'm a very casual collector who purchases sets just because I like them or think I'll enjoy the build. I've amassed a tiny collection of minifigures from my sets and really don't need or use them, so thought about trying to get a couple dollars for them.
Where is the best place to sell single minifigures? I've noticed here people do trading more than selling, so was wondering if I should try Ebay or Amazon or something else. I appreciate any advice!

I agree with hatcher---try bricklink or brickowl.
Amazon changed their fee structure last month. The referral fee changed from 15% for all toys to "15% w/ $1 minimum". Basically, all items that sell for less than $6.67 are now charged the same referral fee.
This change makes selling minifigs on amazon much less profitable for the seller. If your minifigs will sell for much less than $6.67, it's better to sell elsewhere.

I recommend first trying craigs list. There are no additional fees and you don't have to deal with shipping costs. It will be the most economical. Though you may have to be a little bit patient about having things sell depending on where you live. It is a good starting point.

Thank y'all for the advice! I haven't listed anything yet but will try Bricklink first and see what I get out of it.
