All orders cancelled on Lego Shop - Why?

Hello, people!
I am Brazilian and I'm trying to buy some products on the official LEGO (shop.lego.com), however, all of my orders are automatically canceled.
I know LEGO does not send products directly to Brazil, but I have a U.S. address they refer to me. And is this U.S. address that is registered.
I thought you might be the billing address of the card, but I have tried to place orders with both my address in Brazil as the U.S. address. but still does not work.
My Visa credit card is enabled to make purchases inernacionais, including already bought several things on eBay.

Anyone have any idea what might be happening? Does LEGO does not accept credit cards Brazilians, even though International?

Sou brasileiro e estou tentando comprar alguns produtos no site oficial do LEGO (shop.lego.com), porém, todos os meus pedidos são automaticamente cancelados.
Sei que o LEGO não envia produtos diretamente para o Brasil, mas eu tenho um endereço nos Estados Unidos que encaminham para mim. E é este endereço dos Estados Unidos que está cadastrado.
Pensei que pudesse ser o endereço de cobrança do cartão, mas já tentei fazer pedidos tanto com meu endereço no Brasil como com o endereço dos Estados Unidos. mas mesmo assim não funciona.
Meu cartão de crédito Visa está habilitado para fazer compras inernacionais, inclusive já comprei várias coisas no eBay.

Alguém tem alguma ideia do que pode estar ocorrendo? Será que o LEGO não aceita cartões de crédito brasileiros, mesmo sendo Internacional?

This is interesting. I have no clue but I hope someone knows something because as long as you have a US address there shouldn't be any issue. All I can think of is if they think the card is stolen and are refusing the charge because of that. I would call the bank / credit card people and give them the OK for a USA company to take the money.

It is pssible that US address is flagged as bad in their ordering system. Do you have friends or relatives in the USA?

Unfortunately, LEGO doesn't ship to forwarding services anymore because of the increasing amount of credit card fraud.
