Walmart's online store has the City Police Helicopter Surveillance building set for $51.31, which is 36% off MSRP.

I visited my local Walmart earlier today and the in-store price for the set was not discounted, but you can order it online and opt for the in-store pickup.

This happens at my store all the time also. They don't match their own prices online as policy I've been told, so I do most of my LEGO purchases with them through the online store and have it shipped to the store.

Beware though, I have had about 1 out of every 4 or 5 orders come shipped to the store in a padded envelope instead of a cardboard box, and the set box inside gets beat up and crumpled quite alot. If you are just opening to build, it isn't the end of the world, but if it is a present then it is quite a buzzkill.

When it happened the second time, I told them the item was a present and asked if I could trade the item for one of the non destroyed boxes they had on the shelves.

The supervisor hemmed about it but let me do it eventually. Your mileage may vary on that part if you happen to have the same issue.

The Helicopter Surveillance has bounced back and forth around that $51-55 price point for the past few months. At it's full MSRP it is over 14c per piece, which for a non licensed set is pretty high. For me I bought it just for the helicopter so the price drop made it a reasonable 9.7c per piece.
