FS: Motorized Train, Wayne Manor

I have a need to get rid of these vehicles, figures and customized train.The train has been customized to work with the most current remote control. This started as a Toy Story Western train + a Lone Ranger train. the larger box car houses a battery box and IR piece. Asking 100.00 shipped obo for the train. I also have a customized Wayne Manor that used to be a Haunted House. Again, looking for 200.00 obo In addition I have the Lord Business lair piece as shown=SOLD finally custom made apartment buildings-SOLD
