The Box:
The front of the box doesn't show the piece count which is normal for sets from Europe, but this set doesn't even have the name of the set.
The back shows the player wearing the pumpkin to scare the skeleton, which doesn't actually work in the game. (It does let you safely look at endermen though)
The box opens from the back, which is nice for parts storage.
The Pieces:
Inside there are two numbered bags, three larger plates and an instruction booklet.
Here's the parts inventory from the back of the book.
These are the printed and molded pieces exclusive to the new Minecraft theme. Thankfully there are no stickers.
The Minifigures:
The two figures in this set are Steve and the undead skeleton. They both feature the new head piece which is 1 1/ 2 bricks square.
Steve wearing the pumpkin as a mask.
This set also features two animals, a cow and a sheep. They both use the same style of head piece. (different from the minifigs) This is the only set with either of these animals.
The Build:
The first part of the set is a fenced area with a gate, there's also a crafting bench and a chest with bread.
The green plates with one stud are spaced to hold the cow and sheep
The second part of the build has flowing water and farmland.
The four types of crops in the garden are carrots wheat pumpkin and sugar cane. Also there are torches to make the plants grow faster.
The finished set. The skeleton is under the birch tree to avoid burning up in the sunlight.

Near the back of the instructions there are a few pages with some rebuild inspiration instructions
I find it funny that they show the player trying to get away from the skeleton by standing on a tower of wood blocks since the skeleton has has a bow.
Extra pieces
Conclusion:
DESIGN 9/10 - This set is instantly recognizable to any minecraft player
BUILD 8/10 - It's a simple and easy to build set, great for younger builders.
MINIFIGURES 7/10 - The figures are simple but then so are they in the game. I do wish that at least one of the Minecraft sets would come with a different version of Steve.
PLAYABILITY 8/10 - Two figures and two animals as well as a variety of items make this a good play value for its size. Though it is designed to be connected to (21115) The First Night for increased playability.
PARTS 8/10 - Though it does have a lot of basic parts it also has quite a few medium nougat pieces and other rare parts like the yellow-orange plant stalks, pumpkin and shovel.
PRICE 7/10 - The PPP comes out to about 11.5 cents (usd) per part, even so, the parts that you get make up for that well enough.
OVERALL 7.8 /10
