2 Lego Sets: Lego City #6383 (Rare) and Mars Mission #7691

I have TWO Lego sets to sell:

Lego City Public Works Center #6383 - VERY RARE SET - This set came out in 1981. It comes in the original box with instructions, stickers, and ALL of the pieces. The set has been played with but is still in fantastic condition since it was stored in the box for the last 25-28 years. The box shows signs of wear. This set is very rare! Price: $155 + actual shipping.

Mars Mission ETX Alien Mothership Assault #7691 - BRAND NEW in original box. This set came out in 2007. The inside packages have never been opened, so ALL pieces are included. The instructions and stickers are included. The box has been opened, and there is slight creasing on the flaps at one end; otherwise, the box looks great. Price: $55 + actual shipping.
