If you're in or near Southern Maryland, Franklin's Toys (Annapolis & Severna Park) is having a 20% off sale this weekend and clearancing a few Lego sets as well. I found two of the Master Builder Academy sets (Level I and III) at something like 40% off, so I got them for a steal. Their stores also had the Lord of the Rings Black Gate, Lego Movie Super Secret Dropship, the Creator Animals, and a couple of other sets marked down that low.
I was really happy to get the MBA sets at that price since they're long out of stock now.
