48 % off is a stretch. The discount is closer to 30% when you factor in the original retail price of 6.99. While it's not too bad of a price for what you get I don't like how people can list whatever price they want (on Amazon) to mimic a sale with a percentage off. It's very misleading.

They are price matching Target. I bought it for about this price. It's a decent set considering you are getting a jet ski, shark, surf board and two mini figures.
