[USA] LEGO Store - 10185 Green Grocer IN STOCK

I took the kids to the Lego store on Tuesday for the back to school mini-build. After we loaded our PAB cups up, we did a quick circuit of the store to see what may be new. I saw the Green Grocer box & thought, "yeah right it's just a dummy display and of course they're out of stock." As I passed by it, I noticed a second box behind it. Sure enough, they were the real deal. My friend who works there happened to be on duty & he said there were about six more in the back. So it looks like they tossed a few more out there. If you've been on the fence about buying it, word on the street is you should strike now. I got the first floor put together last night and it looks like it will be better than the Fire Brigade (my only other modular). If I have time tonight I'll try and take some pics of what I have & what I will build. I can try to review, but this is a really large set....balancing 2 kids' homework, a 3 month old, and a wife with little patience may become a task though. :)

Yeah I have this set as well and I would recommend anyone to buy it. However I have not yet had the temptation to review this set as I would probably end up with like 80 pictures.

I picked one up two weeks ago with damaged box. 10% off. My brother inlaw also picked one up as we fear that they will be discontinued after this xmas. Latest Lego catalog does not show green grocer.

I ordered one from shop at home in July and it arrived damaged. While talking to customer service about an exchange, he told me they were showing lots in inventory and they should certainly have them available through end of the year. Same for medieval market, which also is rare to find in stores.

Yeah as I started on the second floor last night, I realized it's just not feasible with my kids and job. As much as I'd love to share the totally awesome fire escape & drink cooler, I just don't have the time to take all the shots, put them on Flickr & then format a doc here not to mention add commentary. Suffice it to say, this set is really really sweet & you all should go buy it.
