So today, for whatever reason, when I tried to check on the sales and deals page at the shop at home site, it had changed countries from Canada to the US. I got all excited when I saw that they had 4 "new" items on sale that were not on sale before (excited because I actually wanted to get one of them). Then I noticed that my country had been changed, so I changed it back to Canada. Those items are not on sale here.
What gives? That is SO unfair. Don't they ship to the US and Canada from the same place? The US already get better prices on LEGO than we Canadians do, even though our money is worth almost exactly they same as theirs. How come they have extra stuff on sale that we don't? I just didn't need this today.
ARGH!
(Just venting, I'm fine now)

Re: shop at home frustration
They started doing that a few months ago after the price bug in May. Magnets and keychains that were on sale in US and Canada became only on sale in US. Lesser items on sale compared to US too. I bet shop at home is trying to make back the loss by charging us regular price for on sale items.
