LEGO Shipping Problems?

I ordered sets from their 50% off sale and I've yet to receive a shipping confirmation nor a back order information. Anyone else having this problem? I'm thinking of calling them tomorrow.

I tried that. No dice. Think it might just be that they're swamped with orders but Amazon seems to have no problem overnighting my packages on a standard shipping fee.

Well I must say that I am stumped now. LEGO now has it on my shipping profile that the order has shipped and shipped out Tuesday, whereas my order wasn't even listed yesterday. Still no e-mail though.

4 of my 6 orders have shipped completely, and I received one already. Two partial shipments have been shipped and 2 items are on a 30 day back order.

I am guessing they had a large influx of orders as it took longer then normal

over BF I had an order arrive before I ever got any notification of it--still said processing on the order status page. Comparing about anyone to amazon is going to make them look bad....amazon imo is the premier web retailer. Their systems and service are second to none imo for the web world. On that note LEGO has always been solid for me, any problems resolved in very solid fashion.

yes I had simliar problem in past DEcember, what I believe it was computer techncial problem so what I did to call Lego customer service and get status on it.
