Sets and minifigures coming apart

Does anyone have problems with sets and minifigures coming apart? We have the log cabin and easli comes apart. Also it is hard to keep the caps and hair on some of our minifigures. Any suggestions?

I noticed a lack of clutch power between the minifigure legs and seats in 8092 "Luke's Landspeeder" - Luke and Ben just don't sit still. I don't really know what can be done about it. The seats seemed extra-shiny, FWIW.

Y'know, it never even crossed my mind to check. (there should be a 'DERP' smiley).

Well I'll jump in here and say that mine stick just fine : )

Honestly it just seems that across the board there is a very minute difference in the size of some of the studs on the bricks. Some caps and hair pieces will stick on some minifigure heads while not on other. Some minifigures wont stand very well or they will stick too well. It is just some tiny tiny difference of the sizes of the pieces.

It could also be something on your fingers that brushed off on the minifigure head or studs on a brick if it is sticking too well. Avoid the sticky fingers!

I'd say they're alright. Don't really have too many problems within the same set sticking together too much. It's when I take different figures from different sets that I get problems with them sticking together too well or not enough.

I got a Spongebob set a few years back from a yard sale. It would not stay together at all. Box said parts may be made in China, Mexico or Denmark. So I am thinking Lego quality is slipping. I think the older bricks are a better fit and better plastic.

I personally find that the helmet for the Viking in the Series 4 Collectible Minifigures to be quite loose

And the helmet for the green goblin wiggles alot too.
