It's interesting that they have given the Hillside House the "Hard To Find" label. I'm starting to think those little labels don't mean very much.

"Hard to Find" normally means it is exclusive to a store/chain. But agree that it is rarely hard to find in actuality if you know where to look :)

I wanted this set till I saw the price. I guess I should have expected it in relation to the piece count. The Lighthouse price gave me false hope heheh. 6754 Family Home had over 900 pieces for $60. Even the 'apple tree' house was under 10 cents a brick.

Hillside House is .098 cents per brick, so just under 10 cents a brick.
It does seem high for a creator set, they could have at least Put a more interesting minifig for that price.
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yeah that's true. I noticed the June LEGO store calendar has a blurb about 16 new minifigures:

"Get the new LEGO Minifigures at the LEGO Store!
The LEGO Minifigures are on their way, with 16 fun and colorful all-new
characters to collect and trade with your friends. But look out – these
limited-edition minifigures won’t last long! Find out more at the LEGO Store"

Is this CMF series 1 @ the BaM or something different me wonders?

AMG... is it time for CMF5 Already???
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

Disregard my question - google was showing me last years june @ the lego site and I didn't notice until looking at the real one here in my hand that I was being stewpid.

Heh it's ok. I wonder when cmf5 will be though. 3 was in early January, and 4 was in early April. That's 3 months apart, so 5 might be in early July. I hope there's more time than that in between.
