$1 series 3 mini-figures at walmart in central N.Y.

on saturday, i bought 62 series 3 mini-figures at walmart for $62. no signs or ad, but when i was checking out the one i was getting was a dollar (an elf), so ran back and cleared out the store. the walmart is in new hartford, n.y.

I think it helps also by keying people in to the Walmarts they don't need to visit since they have been cleaned out.

Very true! I wish I had a Walmart closer than 30 miles away. Any chance somebody has a Walmart product code for Series 3?

Wal Mart clearance prices and timing are almost never widespread. The one exception to that is right after the holidays they tend to have similar deals at most stores, but even then I've seen one store on one side of town have something on clearance, another store on the other side of town have the item at full price. For these one off finds, it generally isn't worth the gas to drive to Wal Mart because you will almost never find the same deal.

Prices and Selection. I've got 2 Walmarts that i check that are less than about 5 miles apart. During easter, one store got 4 different Lego poly bags, the other... nadda. One store had World races 30-50% off, other store had em at full price.

Walmart is totally a YMMV store.
