How do you display your Lego?

I have purchased 2 six foot wall shelves from Ikea for my 10 year old son's room but now it is already full and there are a lot of unopened sets for Christmas and birthday from the Target clearance bonanza last month :) What is the easiest / best way to display Lego and keep them away from the hands of a 4 year old?

Please feel free to post pics if you have them, I've been thinking about getting something that is freestanding but not sure.

I just got a ping pong table in the basement....!!! 5 by 9 is the largest surface i think i can find...and sell the ping pong table later will work too! can't wait to make the city!

I don't display mine really. Build it, take a picture, deconstruct. Everything I have ever created on my own has been deconstructed. The only set I have never deconstructed is my Fierce Creatures Spider.
