Lego Modular house 104954

In search of a new LEGO modular house, and waiting for the 10224 town hall to come out, I found some challenge to re-style the LEGO 4954 set in to a modular house.

As the original set has only one door and no first floor, and only 2 black connetor pins, It made some challenge to use only the blocks available in the original set!!!
I used the original style in not change the inspiration created by it's designer.
On the back side of the house, because there is only one door in the original set, I made an house-extention to create some extra house space and stairs to the basement of the house.



It's original also has no figurine, and the car parts are used for some a nice bank and sofa. It even has a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall.

It was a nice attempt to re-style the 4954 set into a modular building house with only the original blocks, and some furniture in it. As I did not see an other attempt in this re-style of the original set I hope to make some nice contribution to the LEGO town!!

In next months I'll try to create an available plan for it.

While I like your general idea...and very much like your color choices, the area above the scond window....the proportions are a bit off. Perhaps by loweing it one brick, the problem would be corrected.
