I certainly hope that more of us will get lucky enough to see it pop up as available during their next BOGO50 sale. During this past one, I was beginning to think that none of the modulars would pop up at all. But after a million refreshes, I eventually got lucky with 2 Grand Emporiums. Never did see the Fire Brigade or Pet Shop available.
