I've recently finished revising this ambulance type III MOC I've had for about a year. FYI, a type III ambulance is the kind typically found in the US and probably some other countries.
Anyway, these are the 3rd and 4th revisions I've done and I think I'm finished for now.

The 3rd revision is the red fire dept. version. The emergency lights are implemented using brackets for flush appearance with the rest of the box.
The 4th revision is the white/orange version. Here, the emergency lights are in a bar configurations which is becoming more common in real life ambulances.

The back of the vehicles feature brick-built doors that can open and close.

The roofs remove for easy access to the cab and patient compartment. Here, you can see all the doors open.

3 minifigures can fit in the patient compartment and two can fit in the cab.

A passenger or EMT can sit on the bench next to the patient thanks to a SNOT panel.

Lots of storage space inside for medical equipment.

Hope you enjoyed it!
