Swamp Creature in Canada?

Hey, are any forumers from Canada also wondering if this set will make it up here? It's listed on the American TRU, but here in Canada it's the only Monster Fighters set not available at TRU Canada.... I e-mailed them and they said they didn't have info on this set.


Any idea if it's available anywhere else?

I picked mine up at the Fairview LEGO Store. But strangely enough, I haven't seen it either. The whole Monster Fighters theme is currently only available at TRU (and the LEGO Store, obviously). I have yet to see them at Walmart or any other retailer.

Fairview is a bit away from me. And I'm not sure if I can get to it by TTC.... but thanks for letting me know that.

Nevermind. I don't know where my head is. Anyway, I called ahead and it's out of stock... so I saved a trip. I orded mine and it's going to be shipped.

Still strange about it not being anywhere else. Walmart has nothing with Monster Fighters.

I'm now wondering where and how to get the ghost polybag. I saw that it was out on June 8th? Or did I dream that?

Well as far as Canadian retailers go, TRU is our only hope for polybags. That, or if they become available as a promo at the LEGO Store/S@H. But yeah, I can't wait for that poly either!

FYI, you can get to Fairview Mall via the TTC by getting off at Don Mills station, which is on the Sheppard subway line.

yeah that's why I said I don't know where my head was at.... I've never been to Fairview but I know where it is. I guess I may of been thinking of Square One or something.

As for polybags I asked about the Ghost polybag when I called the Lego shop.... she said they don't carry polybags...
