Target GiftCards and Target Mobile Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise or services (excluding American Express® and Visa® gift cards and prepaid cards) at Target stores in the U.S. or Target.com. Target eGiftCards can be redeemed for merchandise at Target.com only.

This deal cannot be combined with the 5% Red Card discount or Ebates.  Apparently you can use a gift card to buy another gift card.

How to purchase? I added a $200 gift card to my shopping cart but it shows the balance is $200 (no discount) when I check out?

Does the Gift Card say "Spend $100, Save $10" under it?

I did not enter a coupon code or anything.

More terms:

I Tried to purchase too, does not show discount at checkout. I added giftcard that said Spend $100, Save $10" still didnt work.

It appears this is dead. Sort of unethical that Target shows Spend $100, save $10 on the gift cards. I was able to buy one when I posted this originally.

Must of been a glitch in the system or people were using the gift card to buy a gift card method
