Amazon charging sale tax to selected state

Honestly WTF is this? I made 2 purchase on Amazon but couldn't finished it through cause of the sale tax. I been buying from Amazon for many years and now there is tax? Man I just got ripoff 16 bucks if i were to go through with my purchase. One of the reason many people buy online is to avoid sale tax. American quickly going down the drain and Obama is clueless.

Obama? LOL. Pretty sure it's state law that determines whether or not they have to charge tax. I know here in VA they still don't.

I don't like tax either but I don't see much room for discussion here, You're just ranting about paying sales tax and trying to blame the president. Amazon has been charging California sales tax for over two months now.
