What set is this?

Hi,
Does anyone know what set this belongs to? It looks like a Star Wars set, but I'm not sure which one. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is it's part of two different sets? 4, 5 and 6 look like the Republic Frigate. 2 and 3 look like they're from something else. Mace Windu Starfighter, maybe?

With all the Grey cylindrical pieces, I agree that it's probably the Republic Frigate. But i believe it's all 2-6 of the set (essentially missing the minifigs).

7964 - Republic Frigate
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.
